Compare Luke 3's genealogy with Genesis 5's and you'll see a striking coherence, with a few miss-spellings and one missing link.
Luke's genealogy goes from Adam to Jesus (including Noah and King David) but Genesis' 5 genealogy goes from Adam's to Noah's. So you'd have to find the rest of the genealogy elsewhere (another found in Genesis 10 which continues from there) because the genealogy records are separated by in depth records of the people like Moses and Abraham.
