Are we all sinners or are some pure?

E-mail Print

< All are sinners.

  • Romans 3:23 "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God."
  • Romans 3:10 "As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one."
  • Psalm 14:3 "There is none that doeth good, no, not one."

>> But Noah and others were sinless.

Genesis 7:1 "And the Lord said unto Noah, Come thou and all thy house into the ark; for thee have I seen righteous before me in this generation."
Luke 1:6 "And they were both righteous before God, walking in all the commandments and ordinances of the Lord blameless."

>> There are a few that are pure like Job.

Job 1:1 "There was a man . . . who name was Job; and that man was perfect and upright."

< But Job had to make sacrifices, even for his son.

So that shows that he isn't without sin, though he is upright.
