>> No. God is not bound by anything
Nothing at all.

< STRONG Not by standard logic, but by His self created promises, covenants, and laws.
If God created a promise, like for example, He unconditionally promised that earth will last only 1000 years, then He, by His own promise, can't go against it. In other words, God can't make a promise and then a counter promise at the same time. This is also known as a logical self-contradiction. It just won't make sense.

Note: making something out of nothing is not a self-contradiction, but is still logically inconceivable.
Regarding self-contradictions, does that limit His power? It can't. Again, performing logical self-contradictions is impossible to describe.
However, He can do all physical operations, unless, again, He promised not to do certain ones.
Therefore, it creates these situations:
- God is a Holy and Good God, so therefore He is the source of all good qualities. Hence the following points:
- God is the Perfect Judge, so he can’t be around unjust acts, or else as a Perfect Judge, He must punish them.
- God keeps covenants (as long as they are not broken by the other side). And because of this, God won’t make promises of things He can’t keep. For example, God won't give anyone a higher name than Jesus, since by doing that, He will break other promises.
- God made humans in the image of Himself, so if humans violate other humans, then they have violated God’s image. So logically, He can’t have that.
However, since God created physical laws, and there are no promises that He has to follow physical laws, He can break them, work around them, whatever.
Hence:
Luk 1:37 For nothing will be impossible with God.
