< No, because it’s accelerating.

The universe is not likely to have always existed because current scientists say that the universe is expanding at an accelerated rate. This means it must have had a beginning.

>> What about multiple universes, especially in multiple dimensions? 

That's how you could have other universes around. 

< At least this universe must have had a start. 

There's no way around that.
